My delivery failed, where can I get a redelivery?
Redeliveries are always available at the Mainstore Location at the Redelivery Terminal. If the Redelivery Terminal fails to find your redelivery, send an IM to Ever Nightfall with your transaction information.

Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are offered except in the case of an accidental double purchase, which are automatically refunded by the MD Labs Vendor System. Always demo items before purchasing to be certain you will be satisfied with them.

What’s your privacy policy?
Everlune is committed to upholding proper privacy laws and will not share any data gathered during your interactions with our store unless required under law. If you have questions regarding the use of your information, please send an IM to Ever Nightfall in-world!

Do you sell full perm versions of any of your mesh creations?
I do not run a full perm store, and therefore none of my products will be sold full perm. If any of my work is found being sold or distributed full perm, please send an IM to Ever Nightfall to report the issue.

I see animations/poses/mesh made by you in another store’s furniture. Are these stolen?
No, these are not stolen. I do on occasion create mesh for collaborations or custom poses and animations for use by specific stores such as Mysteria or Violetility because I enjoy their work and like to contribute to it. These are not for sale in any other form.

Do you use full perm items in your work?
All mesh is created by me, and all texture work is a collaborative effort between myself and my partner. I do include public domain artwork or purchase commercial licensed artwork from third party artists where necessary. Nothing full perm is used or sold.

Do you make shapes for <insert mesh body here>?
I am no longer in the business of making shapes. All shapes have been retired and are no longer receiving updates or support. If you purchased a shape prior to them being retired, you can still receive a redelivery at the Mainstore Location.

Is Everlune looking for bloggers?
Our last official blogger search took place at the end of January 2025, prior to rebranding from PANIQ. As of May 2025, the PANIQ Blogger Team is disbanded, and there will be no further searches in the future.
